概要:
抄録:
Architectural insertion in a preservation area of traditional buildings is one of the very sensitive problems especially in case of the new building project subsidized by government. Architect often faces to the problems of landscaping. This study aims to clarify the problems through a comparative analysis of the landscaping approaches, such as history of the site, landscaping standards for the preservation, or characteristics of remained buildings in the surroundings of the site. We use a real project in the target area, Hizenhamashuku of Kashima city, which is a typical lowland city in Saga prefecture. Crucial criteria as: the style, functionality, structure, materials, cost, and social impact are obtained and discussed. The result of this analysis will allow us to highlight the important phases in the design process regarding the insertion criteria. Furthermore, feedback from stakeholder will confront our results as additional feature including the social and economic issues that involve the conservation method. The comparative analysis of these traditional building design processes will enable us, to clarify perspectives for site insertion in historic area which contain a high heritage value especially in Hizenhamashuku and similar area.
