Improvement of the heat transfer in a plate type evaporator is indispensable to improvement in thermal efficiency of small thermal energy conversion. Moreover, it is necessary to clarify the heat transfer characteristic of an ammonia/water. In this study, heat transfer on forced convective boiling was measured using the ammonia/water of different composition (z = 0.95, 0.99). In addition, we compared the boiling heat transfer coefficient in different composition. The result shows that in case of ammonia/water mixture, the local heat transfer coefficients increases with an increase in vapor quality. In addition, heat transfer coefficient of mixture is smaller than that of pure ammonia except for 99% mixture. Moreover, an empirical correlation of heat transfer on forced convective boiling was also derived.英語フィールド
