It is investigated that the fresh water obtained by the system of desalination of sea water using ocean thermal energy conversion (OTEC) fits fusion to the hydrogen production by electrolysis of water since purity is high. Since it is clear that the fresh water of high purity using OTEC is obtained by previous research using OTEC, while proposing the design method of the compound OTEC system hydrogen use and examining the amount of electric power, the amount of fresh water, and the amount of hydrogen, by this research, it clarifies about the validity.
