We take notice of a powder injection that it might be possible to solve problems of a conventional injector. The powder injection is one of the needle-free injection which is drug delivery system, and delivers a drug to the body by blowing off powder particle medicines at high speed. In the past study, the powder injector driven by shock tube was designed and manufactured. In this study, in order to investigate the most important parameters regarding the penetration, velocity measurement of flying powder particles and penetration tests to simulated skin were carried out using the powder injector.
