本研究では,ライスオイルの潤滑性能評価の一環として,高圧粘度試験と高圧密度試験を行い,粘度圧力係数や体積弾性係数などの高圧物性を把握した.また,低温試験の結果とあわせ,固・液相転移を表わす状態図を作成し,他の植物油と比較した.293 K~333 Kの試験温度範囲でのライスオイルの粘度圧力係数は,比較の植物油より大きかった.圧力と体積弾性係数の関係は,試験温度によって違いが見られた.また,ライスオイルは,大豆油や菜種油など不飽和脂肪酸の構成割合が近い植物油と同様の固液相転移特性を示すことがわかった.

An abstract:
In order to estimate the lubricating performance of rice bran oil, the experiments of high pressure viscosity and high pressure density have been carried out, and such high pressure physical properties as pressure viscosity coefficient and bulk modulus were grasped. Based on the experimental results including the measurement value of wax crystallization temperature at atmospheric pressure, phase transition diagram of test oil was made, and the phase transition behavior of test oil was compared with other vegetable oils. As a result, the pressure viscosity coefficient of rice bran oil at the test temperature range from 293 K to 333 K showed high value in comparison with the other vegetable oils. The relation between bulk modulus and pressure was different depending on the test temperature. In addition, it was found that the rice bran oil has a similar solid-liquid phase transition properties to such vegetable oil as soybean oil in which the composition ratio of unsaturated fatty acids resembles.
