佐賀大学の Moodle システムにはオンライン試験時にノート PC の内蔵カメラで顔画像を撮影する機能が拡張実装されている。本研究ではその顔画像の深層学習によって個々の学生の顔を識別し、替え玉受験を検出する。まず替え玉の可能性の高い画像を自動検出し、次に教員はその画像を目視確認し、替え玉を認定する。佐賀大学の 2022 年度前期のひとつの科目で収集した画像 1 万 3 千枚についてこれを適用し、3 件の替え玉受験を発見した。

An abstract：

The Moodle system in Saga University has the extended implementation for capturing face images of each student examinee with their own laptop PC’s built-in camera during online examination. In this study, in order to detect the cheats of proxy examination taking, the faces of individual students are identified by deep learning of the captured face images. At the first step of the procedure, the recognition program automatically detects the images with higher suspicion of the cheats and then the teacher visually checks them and certifies the cheats. This method was applied to 13 thousand of face images collected from the students in a class in the first semester of 2022 at Saga University, from which three cases of proxy examination taking were detected.
