At the same time, privacy protection of personal educational data is also required for the students and the parents. In this paper, we develop a personal data management prototype that allows students and their parents to control access to personal data, with the aim of protecting personal data based on the OECD 8 principles. To confirm the direction of functionality and the validity of the system from the perspective of the actual educational environment, we constructed an experimental prototype for the educational environment of an elementary school. We conducted an evaluation experiment of the prototype with children, parents, and elementary school teachers, and discussed points for improvement and operational issues based on the findings.
