情報システムの重要性や複雑さがますます高まる中で，我が国が必要とする高度IT人材を系統的に育成するためには，当該人材が持つべき能力（知識およびスキル）を具体的に把握し，それを達成できる系統的な教育プログラムを開発・運用する必要がある．本報告では，ITを専門とする大学院（修士課程）の修了生に要求される能力のレベルを具体的に調査し，それを分析する．調査対象は，様々な立場の産業界関係者（21組織25名）である．本調査では，著者らが提案しているIT共通知識体系（23領域148知識項目）を用いて，知識およびスキルに対する要求レベルを0～4の5段階で調査した．また，各回答者から重要30項目のデータを併せて収集し，それを用いて各項目の重要度を定量的に求めた．これにより，修士レベルの修了者に対する産業界の要求を明確化できた．さらに，IT専門教育を行っている学部レベルの教育プログラムの達成度レベルと，上記の要求レベルを比較し，大学院教育において注力すべき項目の抽出方法を提案する．

A Requirement Analysis from Industry Concerning Graduate Level IT Education: An Experience Report

An abstract：

As importance and complexity of information systems are continuously increasing, we need to develop and run systematic educational programs to develop high level IT professionals. Clear understanding of the knowledge and skill levels of such professional is the first step to build the educational programs. In this paper, we investigate and analyze knowledge and skill levels required for the graduate students majored in IT. 25 people from 21 organizations join the investigation. We have proposed the common IT body of knowledge (BOK) composed of 23 areas classified by 148 knowledge fields. The investigation used the BOK and collect required knowledge and skill levels for each field. The requirement level is expressed by 5 categories between 0 and 4. We also collect 30 important items from each people to compute the importance level of each item. We then clarify requirement of the industry for graduate students in a quantitative manner. Moreover, we compare the requirement level with the achievement level of an undergraduate level program in order to figure out important items to teach at the graduate level educational program.
